great central spot for city wandering and parks

i loved how close the hotel was to parque nordic walking, just a few steps away, and with plenty of restaurants like aroma and cafetería q tapas within a short stroll, it made my daily explorations so enjoyable.

Fairly clean hotel with fantastic friendly and efficient staff from one member in reception who is n't really interested in being there and makes it obvious so that you feel like you 're interrupting her.

The sea view balcony was good, yet the messy pool area was disappointing.

Great-sized and functional rooms with a balcony, dedicated staff. Location short walk to the daily activities, many good restaurants for all types of food and Mallorca.

Unexpected kindness from the staff

The reception staff welcomed us with smiles and warm greetings. The pool area provided a comforting sun trap. We were especially grateful for the staff's attentiveness, always asking if we needed anything. The varied dining options kept meals exciting and flavorful throughout our stay.

Had a sweet as time! Staff were super friendly and always helpful. Food was decent, but some variety would be nice. The lack of entertainment let it down a bit, though.

The spacious third-floor room offered a lovely half sea and half mountain view, complemented by a much-appreciated kettle for making tea. The all-inclusive dining featured an excellent salad bar, and the menu included much-loved Swiss cheese, ensuring there was always something new to try. The hotel's proximity to a busy street resulted in noticeable traffic noise at night, and the pool area felt quite cramped at times despite being clean and well-maintained. Limited evening entertainment options also left something to be desired.

The all-inclusive dining featured an excellent salad bar that kept things fresh, along with a variety of local flavors, including some great snacks available throughout the day. The pool area, while small, had a nice atmosphere where there was no hassle for sunbeds, and the indoor pool offered a good option for quieter relaxation.

While the cleanliness overall was decent, the food often came out lukewarm, which can be pretty unappetizing for those looking forward to a hearty meal. The entertainment was painfully limited, with only sporadic events scheduled, leaving guests craving more engagement, especially families with kids. Lastly, Wi-Fi access felt cumbersome, as many found it chargeable and not very reliable, which can be a bit of a hassle if you're trying to stay connected during your trip.

The nearby beach was amazing for our family, and we loved exploring the local shops. The pool area was clean and provided a nice space to unwind after a busy day. Our kids enjoyed the little room fridge for drinks and snacks.

The sea view from my room was enchanting, with sunrises painting the sky in pastel colors that woke me with joy every morning! I loved lounging on my spacious balcony, sipping coffee and soaking in the peaceful vibes. The spa experience was a breath of fresh air, with a serene ambiance perfect for relaxation after fun-filled days.

The hotel was clean and spacious, and the food was varied and tasty. We loved enjoying cocktails by the pool. While there, we checked out a couple of local bars with fantastic vibes. Definitely recommend staying here.

The only downside was that our air conditioning broke initially, but the hotel staff fixed it promptly within a couple of hours. Thankfully, we didn't let that ruin our holiday.

It was just an ideal choice for a rapid stop in Can Picafort (Mallorca) with great value for the money. The staff was friendly and provided a baby bed, made our stay much easier. For better relaxation, enjoy some cocktails by the pool in the evening.
